MSS SP 83 threaded union is used to connect two pipes the ends will be machined to NPT BSP that match external end threads of pipe.The ANSI/ASME B16.1threaded union is similar to the coupling can be flexibly disassembled when it needs to be repaired replaced. The large demand material is carbon steel A105 stainless steel 304 & 316. We manufacture forged steel union according to MSS SP-83.
Carbon Steel ANSI B16.11 Threaded Union
It is commonly conforming to ASTM A105N /SA105N, N means Normalized. This material is generally used for manufacturing forging process high pressure system.
