Socket elbow is a kind of high pressure elbow pipe connection fittings, which is mainly formed by round steel steel ingot die forging blank then machined by lathe, is a kind of forged socket series pipe fittings. According to the bending radius can be divided into 90° socket welding elbow 45° socket welding elbow, according to the shape can be divided into equal diameter elbow reducing elbow.
Socket fittings are mainly made of round steel ingot die forging blank forming, then machined by lathe forming a high-pressure elbow pipe fittings, its connection form is socket Welding (Socket Welding-SW), the steel pipe is inserted into the socket jack for welding. The common product categories of socket fittings are: socket cap, socket 45° elbow, socket 90° elbow, socket equal diameter four, socket reducing four, socket equal diameter tee, socket reducing tee, socket collar, socket live joint, etc. It is mainly used in petrochemical industry, medicine health, electric power, aerospace, military, fire protection, metallurgy, shipbuilding, gas, nuclear power, environmental protection other high pressure pipelines, precision equipment other high pressure fields.

Notes:
1) The average wall thickness around the socket should be less than the average value, the local minimum value is allowed.
2) Considering the outside diameter tolerance of the pipe, some socket apertures are slightly larger than those specified in B16.11.
3) If the selected nozzle size is inconsistent with the sample nozzle outside diameter wall thickness table, please specify the nozzle size in the purchasing document.
4) When the product is reducing, its overall size is the same as the pipe diameter fittings, the reducing end B, J D are processed according to the size of the reducing end.
5) Double bore tube hoop can also be processed into concentric reducing eccentric diameter type.
6) Pipe fittings can also be processed to undertake welding threaded mixed connection forms as required.
