2. Oil temperature should be between 5°C 65°C during operation to avoid accelerated aging of seals.
3. The hydraulic oil shall be clean, the oil pollution index shall be in the national standard class 19/16.
(2) packaging, storage transportation
1. In the process of storage transportation of the hydraulic cylinder, corresponding packaging shall be added, protective devices shall be added to the joint surface of the oil mouth the exposed part of the piston rod.
2. In the process of storage transportation, it should be fixed firmly to prevent bumping.
3. It should be fastened firmly when lifting to avoid falling.
(iii) disassembling assembling of hydraulic cylinders
1. Before disassembling the hydraulic cylinder, the oil pressure in the hydraulic cylinder circuit should be reduced to zero
2. During disassembly, the parts of the hydraulic cylinder should be prevented being damaged
3. As the specific structure of the hydraulic cylinder is the same, the disassembly sequence is the same, according to the specific situation to judge
* flange connection, should first remove the flange connection screw, screw out the end cover, hard pry hammer to avoid damage
* for internal card key connection, special tools shall be used to push the guide sleeve inward to expose the card keys. After the card keys are removed, the card keyways shall be filled with nylon rubber materials then removed
* screw connection type oil cylinder, should first screw the screw gland off
* when removing the piston rod piston, do pull the piston rod assembly the cylinder cylinder. Try to keep the piston rod assembly the cylinder cylinder axis in one line.
4. After the parts are removed checked, the parts should be kept in a clean environment, the anti-knock isolation device should be installed. Before reassembly, the parts should be cleaned.
(iv) requirements of the working environment
1. In the wind rain environment, the appearance of the hydraulic cylinder should be rust - proof treatment
2. When working in a high temperature environment, heat insulation devices should be set around the hydraulic cylinder
3. In dusty working environment, it should be considered to install dust prevention facilities outside the hydraulic cylinder.
